Hudson Valley Home Inventory is owned and operated by Richard Bell.

Richard is currently an Asset Protection Specialist and a volunteer fire-fighter with 11 years of experience. He has over 10 years of Law-Enforcement and Security training combined.

He served as a Federal Police Officer, Auxiliary Police Officer, Reserve Deputy Sheriff and he has held a supervisor’s position in the fields of Corporate Investigations and Security.

Richard played a vital role as a Senior Corporate Investigator for a large shopping plaza where he served under the Director of Investigations and worked daily with the President and the CEO’S to help protect their assets from internal and external thefts. Richard was very instrumental in helping the company reduce its insurance premiums.

He oversaw a large sporting goods store which sold and stocked firearms, ammunition, fishing, and hunting gear, an upscale collectable and gift shop, a cash office, a hardware store, a large home appliance and furniture department, a liquor store, and two restaurants.

Richard prepared neat accurate detailed written documentation. He sketched, photographed, and videotaped accident scenes, crime scenes, damaged property, and networked with the local and surrounding municipal police agencies.
